To complete the exercises in the Windows section of the Office book ("Using Windows 95 and Windows 98), you will work with a folder of files called Window. This folder contains 10 Word files, taken from other chapter folders on the student CD, and you will use these files as you practice copying, deleting, and moving files using Windows 95 or Windows 98.

Version 1.2 of the student CD packaged with the Office text includes the Window folder. However, this folder is missing from version 1.1. You have two options for obtaining the missing folder:

1. You may create a new folder called Window on your data disk or hard drive and then copy into the folder the 10 Word files from other chapter folders on your student CD. The files and their locations are as follows:
   • Word Document 01 Chapter 1 folder
   • Word Document 02 Chapter 1 folder
   • Word Document 03 Chapter 1 folder
   • Word Document 04 Chapter 1 folder
   • Word Document 05 Chapter 2 folder
   • Word Letter 01 Chapter 4 folder
   • Word Spell Check 01 Chapter 4 folder
   • Word Spell Check 02 Chapter 4 folder
   • Word Spell Check 03 Chapter 4 folder
   • Word Spell Check 04 Chapter 4 folder
2. You may download the zipped set of files by clicking on the file name below. First create a folder called Window on your data disk or hard drive. Then click on the file name to start the downloading process.
