Snap Help and Support

Attention Windows Vista Users!

If you receive a runtime error while using the PKB product, you will need to delete the local files from your hard drive. Directions to remove the Paradigm Keyboarding local files are as follows:
1) Log in to Snap and launch any session.
2) Once a session has been launched (which may result in the runtime error), press CTRL+ALT+DELETE on your keyboard and select “Start Task Manager”.
3) Click the “Processes” tab.
4) Find the process named “PKB.EXE” and right-click on it.
5) Select “open file location” from the menu; this should open a new folder.
6) Without closing the folder, return to the Snap program. Exit the program and Internet Explorer entirely.
7) Return to the folder. Delete all of the contents of the folder.
After the contents have been deleted, you should be able to once again log in to snap without the runtime error.
