SNAP 2010

SNAP is an online interactive training and assessment program for learning the Microsoft® Office 2010 applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. While entirely web-based, SNAP does require browser plug-ins as well as specific Microsoft products to operate properly.

This FAQ is designed to answer questions for the SNAP product only. Issues with your Internet connection, your computer’s performance, updates to your computer’s operating system, and Microsoft Office applications are not addressed in this FAQ.
